Thank you for your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before ordering. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy in full, including all eligibility requirements, limitations, and fees.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Purchases Only)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of a specific product. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund — not from the order date.

To qualify, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

  • Applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product
  • Limited to one refund per product type per customer, per household
  • Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable
  • A Sustainability Processing Fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund (see Sustainability Policy below)
  • Return must be authorized before any refund is processed
  • Subscription (auto-refill) orders are NOT eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee

REFUND ELIGIBILITY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE THIRTY (30) DAY PERIOD FOLLOWING THE CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE. ANY REQUEST SUBMITTED OUTSIDE THIS TIMEFRAME WILL BE DENIED. NO EXCEPTIONS.


Proof of Delivery

Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes conclusive proof of delivery and establishes the start of the 30-day refund window, even without a signature. The confirmed delivery date shown in carrier tracking records is the official delivery date for all purposes under this policy, including refund eligibility and dispute resolution.


Eve Farm Co Sustainability Policy — No Physical Returns

Eve Farm Co is committed to reducing waste and carbon emissions from unnecessary return shipping. As part of our sustainability commitment, we do not require or accept physical return of products — opened or unopened.

Instead, all approved refunds are subject to a 15% Sustainability Processing Fee deducted from the refund total. This fee contributes to our carbon offset program and responsible product disposal initiatives.

This means:

  • You are not required to ship the product back
  • No return label will be issued
  • The 15% Sustainability Processing Fee will be deducted from all approved refunds
  • This fee is non-negotiable and applies to all eligible refund requests without exception

Example:

  • Product price: $39.00
  • Sustainability Processing Fee (15%): $5.85
  • Refund amount: $33.15

Non-refundable in all circumstances:

  • Original shipping and handling fees
  • Optional shipping protection fees
  • Sustainability Processing Fee

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request within the eligible 30-day window:

  1. Email support@evefarmco.com with your order number and reason for your request
  2. Include photos of the product if claiming defect or damage
  3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days
  4. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the Sustainability Processing Fee and any non-refundable fees
  5. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed

Refund requests submitted without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of a one-time order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting support@evefarmco.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • A $2.00 administrative processing fee applies to all cancellation requests to cover processing costs
  • If your order has already shipped, the standard 30-day money-back guarantee applies
  • Subscription cancellations are governed by the Subscription Policy below

Subscription Orders

Auto-Renewal Disclosure

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS CANCELLED. YOU WILL BE CHARGED THROUGH YOUR PAYMENT METHOD AT YOUR SELECTED DELIVERY CADENCE. BY SUBMITTING YOUR INITIAL ORDER YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE AUTO-RENEWAL AND UNDERSTAND THAT SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND ONCE PROCESSED AND FULFILLED. IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO MANAGE, MODIFY, OR CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR TO THE NEXT RENEWAL DATE. FAILURE TO CANCEL BEFORE A RENEWAL BILLING DATE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE GROUNDS FOR A REFUND.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid a recurring charge, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date by emailing support@evefarmco.com. All cancellations are effective as of the last day of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for renewal charges already processed at the time of cancellation.

Billing Responsibility

You are obligated to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You are responsible for promptly updating all account information. Changes can be made by contacting support@evefarmco.com.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@evefarmco.com.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging if damaged in transit

We will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion for genuinely defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Reports submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Note: Dissatisfaction with product appearance, labeling differences, or results that do not meet personal expectations does not constitute a defect and is not grounds for a refund outside of the standard 30-day guarantee window.


Product Description & "Not As Described" Claims

Eve Farm Co provides accurate descriptions of all products sold on our website. The following do not constitute a product being "not as described" and are not grounds for a refund, dispute, or chargeback under any card network reason code:

  • Individual results — dietary supplements affect each person differently. Failure to experience a specific outcome, benefit, or result does not mean the product was misdescribed. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Taste, texture, smell, or color — natural variation in supplement ingredients means these characteristics may differ between batches. This is normal and does not constitute a defect or misdescription.
  • Packaging and label appearance — product packaging, labeling, and branding may differ from images shown on our website or in advertising materials. We update our packaging periodically. Visual differences do not affect product formulation or quality and do not constitute a misdescription.
  • Ingredient sourcing variations — we source from trusted suppliers and maintain consistent formulations. Minor variations in ingredient origin or processing do not constitute a material change to the product description.
  • Product size or fill level — supplement containers may not appear completely full. This is standard in the industry due to product settling during shipping and is disclosed on product labeling.

A product is only considered "not as described" if it contains a materially different active ingredient list than stated on the product label. Any such claim must be supported by independent laboratory testing submitted to us in writing within 7 days of delivery.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, ingredient list, and any disclaimers prior to purchase, and that subjective dissatisfaction with results, taste, or appearance does not constitute a basis for a "not as described" dispute with your card issuer.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  1. Contact us at support@evefarmco.com to initiate a carrier investigation
  2. Allow 5–7 business days for the investigation to be completed with our logistics partner
  3. Refund or replacement eligibility for lost packages is determined following completion of the carrier investigation only
  4. Lost package claims remain subject to the 30-day window from the confirmed or estimated delivery date
  5. Eve Farm Co is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Carrier delivery confirmation showing the package as delivered is conclusive proof of delivery. If tracking shows delivered, claims of non-receipt must be directed to your local carrier. Eve Farm Co will submit tracking records as evidence in any resulting dispute.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for refund or return under any circumstances:

  • Subscription (auto-refill) shipments once processed and fulfilled
  • Sale or promotional items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Requests submitted beyond the 30-day window from confirmed delivery date
  • Requests submitted without prior authorization
  • Items involved in an active payment dispute
  • Free gifts, bonus items, or post-purchase add-on offers

Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@evefarmco.com before filing a payment dispute with your bank. Most issues can be resolved faster through direct communication.

PROCESSING OF ANY PENDING REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY PAUSED UPON INITIATION OF A PAYMENT DISPUTE AND WILL NOT RESUME UNTIL THE DISPUTE IS FULLY RESOLVED.

FILING A PAYMENT DISPUTE WHILE A REFUND REQUEST IS PENDING OR BEING PROCESSED WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF THAT REFUND REQUEST. YOU CANNOT PURSUE BOTH A REFUND THROUGH OUR PROCESS AND A CHARGEBACK SIMULTANEOUSLY. ATTEMPTING TO DO SO WILL BE TREATED AS DISPUTE ABUSE AND BOTH CLAIMS WILL BE CONTESTED.

If you file a payment dispute, we will provide your bank with:

  • Carrier delivery confirmation and tracking records establishing proof of delivery
  • Your acceptance of our policies at checkout, including this Refund Policy and Shipping Policy
  • Order and fulfillment records
  • All customer communications
  • Evidence of any pending or active refund request filed at the same time as the dispute
  • Evidence that our required resolution process was not followed prior to the dispute

Your account will be suspended during the dispute investigation.

Accounts with patterns of dispute abuse — including claiming non-delivery for confirmed deliveries, filing disputes instead of following our return procedures, or filing disputes while a refund request is pending — may result in:

  • Permanent account closure
  • Denial of future purchase privileges
  • Reporting to fraud prevention services
  • Collection efforts for legitimate amounts owed plus associated fees

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:

  1. Approval confirmed via email
  2. Sustainability Processing Fee (15%) deducted from refund total
  3. Refund issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval
  4. Your bank may require an additional 3–5 days to post the refund

Total timeframe: Up to 15 business days from approval.

EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Products must be unused and in resalable condition
  • The Sustainability Processing Fee of 15% may apply
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please submit a refund request if eligible and place a new order separately.


Policy Changes

Eve Farm Co reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. The version of this policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.

  • CARRIER DELIVERY CONFIRMATION CONSTITUTES CONCLUSIVE PROOF OF DELIVERY AND ESTABLISHES THE START OF YOUR 30-DAY REFUND WINDOW
  • REFUND REQUESTS SUBMITTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM CONFIRMED DELIVERY WILL NOT BE APPROVED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
  • A 15% SUSTAINABILITY PROCESSING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ALL APPROVED REFUNDS

  • INDIVIDUAL RESULTS, TASTE, TEXTURE, PACKAGING APPEARANCE, AND PRODUCT COLOR VARIATIONS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A PRODUCT BEING "NOT AS DESCRIBED" AND ARE NOT GROUNDS FOR A DISPUTE
